Advanced Voting Information

  • You can cast your ballot at any advance voting location in Spruce Grove; it does not have to be your division’s specific site.
  • ID Requirements: Bring a government-issued photo ID (with name and address). If you’re not registered, two pieces of ID may be required, or someone may vouch for you.
  • Special Ballots (Mail-In): Available after August 1, 2025, via request to the City Returning Officer.

  • Wednesday, October 8, 2025: 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Friday, October 10, 2025: 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.


Elks Hall

(400 Diamond Avenue)

  • Tuesday, October 14, 2025: 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, October 16, 2025: 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, October 18, 2025: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Election Day Voting Information

  • Special ballots are for registered voters who can’t vote early or on Election Day.
  • You must request one from the Returning Officer between Aug 1 and Oct.  17 till 4 PM.
  • Requests can be made by email, phone, in person, or in writing.
  •  Eligible voters requesting a special ballot are required to make the request using the Request for Special Ballot Package. The request cannot be made by another individual on the eligible voter’s behalf.

 Voters can vote at any of the following Voting Stations on Election Day, Monday October 20 between 9AM to 8PM


  1. Heavy Metal Place - 50 Westwind Drive  
  2. Spruce Grove Alliance Church - 250 Century Road 
  3. Elks Hall - 400 Diamond Avenue   
  4. Living Waters Christian Academy - 5 Grove Drive West
